①Advantages of hydrogen oxygen flame welding

●Hydrogen oxygen welding can replace high-risk oxygen cylinders, with no risk of explosion;

●The flame is concentrated and stable, with a temperature of up to 2800 degrees;

●When welding motor enameled wires, the need for paint welding is eliminated, making it more efficient and time-saving;

②Maintenance and precautions of hydrogen oxygen flame water welding machine

1.Add water in a timely manner to avoid prolonged low water level operation. When the machine emits a beeping alarm sound, water should be added in a timely manner (medium and large machines have machines with automatic water addition). When adding water, follow the steps of turning off the fire, shutting down the machine, and releasing air. Then, open the water adding nut and add an appropriate amount of water to the hydrogen oxygen water welding machine's water replenishment cylinder. When adding, the water level can be observed, usually at half the height of the water level mark.

2.Change the electrolyte when the machine operates for approximately 500 hours. Before replacing the electrolyte, thoroughly clean the electrolytic cylinder.

3.Regularly clean the dust inside the machine. Open the side panel of the machine and use compressed air to clean the dust and other debris accumulated on the surface of the switch power supply, ensuring that the electronic components inside the machine operate at a reasonable temperature.
