Working Principle Of Air Flotation Machine
The gas in the water treatment flow is introduced into the water through a vaporizer, and the gas generates small bubbles inside the machine. These bubbles come into contact with pollutants in the water and adhere to its surface. Due to the buoyancy of bubbles, pollutants will rise to the surface of the water with the bubbles, forming scum. Then, the scum is scraped off the water surface through devices such as scrapers or rotary brushes to complete the solid-liquid separation process. Air flotation machines are usually composed of vaporizers, oil separators, scum collection devices, and control systems. Among them, the vaporizer is responsible for generating bubbles, the oil separator is used to remove grease from the water, and the scum collection device is used to collect and remove scum.
