Laboratory Deionizer Water Purification System Lab Reagent Grade Water System
Ultra pure system: Ion exchange resin using H + exchange cation out the water in the filter ,using OH- exchange anions out the water , the replaced H + and OH- combined to produce H2O.
This water system is an analytical, ASTM type I water purification system. Through deionization, it will produce up to 2 liters per minute of ultrapure water that has a resistivity up to 18.2 meg-ohm and TOCs of 5 ppb or less.
Product Features
Economical and easy installation
2L/ min of ASTM type I water
Producing both pure water and ultrapure water
Resistivity up to 18 meg Ω/cm
TOC as low as 5ppb or less
Connect to tap or pretreat
Real-time resistivity reading
Prompts, animations, alerts
Product Advantages
Full automatic control, power on self-test, water shortage protection alarm, automatic power failure protection, automatic water production in case of water shortage in the water tank, automatic shutdown in case of full water in the water tank, ultra-low pressure protection, automatic flushing of RO membrane and other functions.
Online display of equipment operation status , parameters and water quality.
Convenient installation, convenient operation, low noise, energy saving, environmental protection, economy and practicality.
The intelligent balance system ensures the stability and safety of equipment operation .
The pretreatment filter element can be replaced , low cost.
Deep filtration, salt rejection rate≥99%, filter membrane aperture<0.2μs, bacterial colony count≤10CFU/100ML,the quality of produced water meets the WS507-2016 technical specification for cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes.
Application
Any place that does analytical testing may need this unit. Not every lab will need type I water, but some of the industries that do need it are again colleges and universities, research labs, food and beverage, concrete plants, and oil refineries. This unit can be used for are:
Ion Chromatography (IC)
Mass Spectrometry
Atomic Absorption
Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectroscopy (ICP)
Solid Phase Extraction
Electrochemistry
Glassware Washing
Sample dilution & reagent prep
